Sainimili is married to Apenisa Saukuru with four inheritances Keona, Leilani, Ebenezer and Yechezkel. A visionary, strategist, workshop facilitator, influencer in personal development plans, sport governance and organisational strategy.

She is a former Fijian national athlete, youth coach and sport leader in the Olympic movement with a combined total of close to four decades. Sainimili transitioned into Kingdom coaching, John Maxwell Leadership speaker, trainer and coach for the last four years, and hosts a podcast for “Emerging leaders in the workplace” on social media. She is also engaged with helping young women and men fulfil their sporting dreams in the sport of Olympic handball in Fiji.

Tiani Tohi is passionate about training and grooming positive and influential leaders in children and youth thus building stronger families. Tiani was instrumental in organizing the Tonga 2023 Legacy Leadership Symposium and the Kingdom's first Family Conference in Oct 2024. She currently serves as CEF Chairman Children Evangelism Fellowship (Tonga) and Board Member of Aglow International Tonga.
