Our Approach

Leadership Framework Guiding Our Programmes

PLLFI programmes are guided by a Pacific values based leadership framework grounded in regional wisdom and lived experience. Our approach draws on the Pacific Regional School Leadership Capabilities, a regional publication developed through a co design process involving Pacific educators, leaders, researchers, and elders across the Pacific. This framework reflects how leadership is practiced in relationship with people, culture, land, and ocean, and strengthens our commitment to values based leadership across the region.
