Growth and Development

Developed and hosted by Vineta Tulutu, Growth and Development brings Maxwell Leadership principles into conversation with Pacific Leadership Capabilities. It supports leaders to deepen their sense of purpose, strengthen character and develop the habits that sustain ethical influence in everyday life and work.

The programme offers structured round table learning, mastermind groups and optional individual coaching. Its streams cover introductory leadership, character and integrity, and selected Maxwell titles. With a primary focus on government, arts and entertainment, education, media and religion, learning is connected to participants' own sectors and the communities they influence.
