Leadership Education and Ecosystems

Developed and hosted by Caleb Fatiaki Osborne, this executive curriculum connects digital capability with leadership grounded in Pacific identity, values and service. It supports leaders to understand emerging tools, communicate with confidence and help young people develop their ability to influence and lead.

The 3 courses span digital and AI literacy, youth to youth leadership, and digital communications and content. Together, they explore ethical technology use, data literacy, peer development, storytelling and community engagement, showing how digital skills can strengthen both individual leadership and the organisations and communities leaders serve.

Track 01: Leadership Education

Course A: Digital Literacy and AI Literacy for Leaders

Focus: Equipping leaders with essential digital skills and AI awareness so they can confidently operate, communicate, and make decisions in an increasingly digital Pacific environment.
