Leadership Education

Leadership Modules

Developed and hosted by Dr Romulo Nayacalevu, Leadership Modules connects the personal, institutional and collective dimensions of leadership. It starts with purpose and identity, moves into governance and accountability, and concludes with strategies for developing a unified team.

Across 3 modules, participants explore what leadership means, how personal and organisational values guide direction, why governance matters and whom it serves. The team building component brings these themes into shared planning, deep listening and collaborative action, supporting a more intentional approach to leading people and strengthening institutions.

  • Understand the role of character, identity and integrity in leadership.
  • Examine why governance matters and the responsibilities leaders hold towards stakeholders.
