Leadership Education

Navigating the Complexities of Pacific Leadership

Pacific leaders must balance organisational performance and public responsibilities while responding to economic pressures, institutional risks and the needs of their people. Developed and hosted by Lanieta Rauqeuqe, this programme brings those challenges together through specialist learning in public policy, governance and personal leadership.

Training can focus on 1 or all 3 specialist fields: multilateral public policy and economic surveillance, statutory governance, and ontological leadership coaching grounded in Pacific values. The coaching component explores how language, presence and behaviour shape leadership practice, alongside practical approaches to risk, strategic communication and collaboration across institutions.

The Problem

  • Isolated Silos: corporate expansion and public policy frequently operate without strategic communication.
  • Vulnerability Volatility: Pacific organisations are navigating complex fiscal and financial pressures without specialised risk frameworks.
  • Leadership Burnout: leaders lack the personal ontological tools needed to respond to unique country and regional vulnerabilities and sustain long-term structural changes.

Our Solution

Our training programmes and personal development offerings cover the following specialist areas.

  1. Multilateral public policy and multilateral economic surveillance
  2. Statutory governance
  3. Ontological leadership coaching and Pacific-centric values

Training may be offered with a focus on one or all three specialist fields, and is specifically tailored for regional Pacific contexts.
