Parenting, Family and Leadership

Strong family leadership grows from knowing who you are, understanding your purpose and choosing how you show up for others. Hosted by Katrina Ma'u Fatiaki and Tiani Tohi, with curriculum developed by Dr Deborah Tillman, this programme equips parents, guardians and family coaches to lead with greater intention at home and in their communities.
The curriculum moves through 5 themes: identity and purpose, releasing limiting patterns, developing emotional intelligence, protecting personal wellbeing and living intentionally. Reflective exercises and practical activities connect personal growth with the attitudes, behaviours and communication skills needed to support families and become an impactful role model.
