Leadership Education

Raising Next Generation Leaders

Developed and hosted by Fitaloa Bryce, this programme draws on over 15 years of experience in campus ministry, teaching and developing young leaders. It creates space for young people to explore their identity, discover their strengths and build a clearer picture of the contribution they want to make.

The 5 sessions move from identity and vision into servant leadership, resilience and purposeful action. Activities such as identity mapping, vision casting, group challenges and honest conversations help participants connect their aspirations with character, responsibility and a commitment to serving others.

Delivery Formats

This programme can be configured and delivered through multiple models.

  • Option A, Face to Face Intensive Workshop: 2 days
  • Option B, 5-Week Progressive Cohort: weekly 2-hour live Zoom sessions
