Values-Based Leadership Development

Leadership begins with the values, habits and decisions that shape how we influence others. Developed and hosted by Sala Tuinabua, this programme supports emerging and established leaders to strengthen their personal foundations while building the confidence to guide teams and communities through change.
Across 4 courses, participants explore leading themselves, creating a lasting legacy, responding to adversity and empowering teams. The curriculum connects personal discipline and emotional intelligence with practical approaches to trust, collaboration and shared ownership, grounded in the realities of Pacific leadership.
