Vision and Alignment

Vision and Alignment is an immersive 3 day executive leadership retreat delivered by the PLLFI Pool of Experts. It gives leadership teams dedicated space to reconnect with organisational purpose, examine how they work together and strengthen the behaviours that shape culture and performance.
The programme progresses from foundation, trust and team dynamics to strategy and innovation, then execution and accountability. Across 12 sessions, leaders work through practical exercises on values, communication, governance, change and commitment. The final session brings this work together in a shared leadership team charter and 90 day execution milestones.
