Caleb Osborne is a young Rotuman creative and digital professional whose journey with PLLFI began where most good stories do — with a simple ask that grew into something far greater.

With a background in technical consulting through Duco Consultancy and experience as the founder of an online web design agency, Caleb brought a sharp eye for design, technology and digital strategy to the PLLFI team. What started as supporting the development of the organisation's website quickly evolved into a broader role spanning communications, event infrastructure, graphic design and digital strategy.

But for Caleb, this is more than a volunteer role. As a young Pacific man with a deep conviction that the region's future belongs to those who are willing to build it, he sees PLLFI's mission through a deeply personal lens. He believes that digital transformation and values-based leadership are not separate conversations — they are the same conversation. And PLLFI, with its commitment to empowering, inspiring and impacting leaders across the Blue Pacific Continent, is exactly the kind of organisation he wants to grow alongside.

Caleb is committed to PLLFI's vision today, tomorrow and forever after.
